The design of my typeface, Malfunction, is based on a principle of uniformity, where all letters maintain equal height, with all the serifs aligned consistently.
I also wanted to challenge the traditional norms of type design by having the stroke thickness on an axis contrary to the norm.
The overall effect conveys a bold and avant-garde sensibility, where visual harmony meets disruptive design.
